What is PRP Therapy?
PRP therapy stands for Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy. This treatment naturally stimulates hair growth by boosting the blood supply of the hair follicle.
It has been proven to increase hair thickness, hair count, and the hair cycle growth phase. AND this treatment has been able to fight hair loss in over 70% of cases.

What does the PRP Hair Treatment actually look like?
First, blood is drawn from the individual’s arm. That blood is put into a centrifuge to separate plasma from the red blood cells. Plasma is made up of a ton of platelets which is important for hair growth. That plasma is injected into the scalp to reach the hair follicles. This is done to an area (usually not more than half-inch) where hair is thinning. Treatment is once a month for the first 3-4 months and then once every 3-6 months.
